The booking flow stores your draft dates and guest count in your browser (sessionStorage) and remembers your cookie choice (localStorage, 12 months). During payment, Stripe sets its own cookies required for secure checkout. None of these are used for tracking.

Analytics (with your consent)

With your permission we use Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) to understand anonymously how the site is used — pages visited, bookings started and completed. Typical cookies: _ga, _ga_*. You can refuse or withdraw consent at any time.

Advertising (with your consent)

With your permission, advertising tags measure whether ad campaigns brought you here and whether they led to a booking. Without consent these tags stay off and set no cookies.

Managing your choice

Use "Cookie settings" in the footer to change your choice at any time. Your decision is remembered for 12 months, then we ask again.
